I think Debby has valid grounds for protesting this answer. If you look at the logon on the arcade versions of the machine, Ms. Pac Man is shown with the red bow, blushing cheeks, lipstick and eyelashes but no beauty mark. The toon within the game has the beauty mark but not the eyelashes.
