NCCU reports 'active shooter' on campus

North Carolina Central University officials say there is an "active shooter" on campus. Students and staff should seek shelter, lock doors and stay away from windows.

They're given an "all clear" now. No details.

Breaking News: Durham police say they are conducting a citywide search for Crandall Ingram, 20, who is suspected of firing three to four shots on North Carolina Central University's campus Thursday afternoon.
