Observations November 15, 2013 - Sporadic

Today's observation is quoted with our thanks to Hanzz from a post of July 17, 2009.

There were three pages of posts with sporadic in them, with most of them occurring as repeats of an original post. I liked Hanzz's observation the best, and it was on topic! So I used it.
