Niecy Nash
Cedric announces Niecy as having been on "Dancing with the Stars" and "Reno 911" as well as co-starring with him on "The Soul Man". Niecy says that Cedric should do "Dancing with the Stars" but Cedric demurs, saying that he's under contract with "Soul Train". She convinces Cedric to show off some dance moves. She demonstrates a cha-cha and Cedric follows along but then adds some of his own moves, including twerking. She is playing for Amazing Grace Conservatory, a performing arts school in the inner city that not only teaches kids singing, acting and dancing but also provides after-school tutoring in math, reading and computers. An infographic notes that Niecy wil get a minimum of $10,000 for her charity. Currently she has banked $5,500 and has all of her lifelines.
