1. easy.2. easy.  3. easy. There was a lot of talk about this on entertainment news shows like "Entertainment Tonight" and "Access Hollywood" when the Emmy nominations were announced. 4.no idea.  I JTQ figuring the audience might not know.5. easy to figure out if you know what kind of doctor treats feet.6. they asked this on MSQ and I had no idea then, but now I know the answer.7. easy. Until I got upgraded internet, that's how I would get online. Modems made a weird sound.
8. I had it down to A and C. ATA.
