Von Stokes
Charlotte, NC
Banker

Joined a new workout group in June and went from 267 pounds to more like 238.
He had a nickname of "Rib Eye" since he was like a big slab of meat. Now he feels like a piece of sirloin
Cedric then discussed how much he likes that name Von Stokes and he does not even need a nickname.
"Von Stokes! (superhero tone) In a world were life goes wrong... Von Stokes!"
Cedric said Von Stokes should not get too small otherwise people will start calling him "Salad" or something. "Rib Eye" is one thing but you can't be "Salad"
