here is the Ninth Circuit's opinion affirming the conviction of Barry Bonds for obstruction of justice. --Bob

The
en banc panel of the Ninth Circuit
reversed Bonds's conviction in a 10-1 vote. There was, however, no majority rationale for the decision. --Bob

It's over. The Department of Justice
has announced that it will not seek review of the Ninth Circuit 's decision from the Supreme Court. --Bob
