Washington D.C. Stench Disappoints Tourists

The corpse flower was in full bloom today, but it didn't smell as bad as expected.

We have at least 2 not far from here, at Cal State University Fullerton and at the Huntington Library. I saw the one at CSUF when it bloomed in 2006, and it STANK!! It should be due again this year, but I haven't read anything about it.

That's because the folks went to the Capitol first, then to see the corpse flower. It's all relative.
