I guess this contestant has never heard of Welch's grape juice.

There used to be a Welch's plant in the next county, but it closed down a couple years ago. You can still see the tower that says "WELCH'S" on it.

How do you patent something like that? Does it mean that any time my son and DIL do this with their cat they owe royalties?

I actually missed the "Welch" on my first read through - upon rereading, I caught it.
