I think this is a bad question. As far as I can tell, the Spanish word "cojones" is not used by Italian speakers. Why would an Italian court outlaw the use of a Spanish insult? According to articles I've seen online, it appears more likely that the court outlawed Italian language insults against Italian men, which would probably involve the word palle or coglioni.

Meredith referred to him several times as a farm boy; Westport is in farm country (about 30 miles northeast of Louisville, along the Ohio Riiver) but he didn't strike me as a "farm boy".

I'm a little surprised that Derek didn't get this one, not because he was a "farm boy" but because there are quite a few "you-pick" strawberry farms in the area and June is the height of the season in Kentucky.
