This one wasn't as hard as it might have seemed. Ted Stevens represented Alaska, which wasn't a state yet in 1957, and Sam Rayburn was Speaker of the House, not a Senator. McCarthy died in 1957, so he was a possibility, but he had already been disgraced a few years earlier during the Army-McCarthy hearings. --Bob

I'm guessing that Furious Five is the name of a hip-hop group. I spent my first two years of high school in a military academy and we marched to the drill sergeant (a high school junior or senior) calling out the cadence, "Hup, two, three, four". I figured that might be the answer.
