Number One Son left a few minutes ago with a friend he has known since pre-school. When he came in the front door I had to stand on my toes to hug him around the neck.

So my question is: How can these kids be getting older, when I'm not?

They're not getting older - they're just getting taller.

Here's my theory.

Our adult-appearing sons, who can't possibly be old enough to be so tall, are getting steroids in their juice at kindergarten.
