Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

Well, this subject I am at least somewhat familiar with! I hope...
Spoiler
1. Haneda - Tokyo. The older airport. Seen it but never landed there, only Narita.
2. McCarran - Las Vegas. Been there many times.
3. Sheremetyevo - Moscow. Been there.
4. Schiphol - Amsterdam. Passed through it.
5. Barajas - Madrid? Sounds Spanish. If that is right then never been there but hope to go someday.
6. Sky Harbor - Phoenix. Been there and hope to go again this summer.
7. Malpensa - Rio de Janeiro? SWAG, doesn't sound familiar.
8. Pudong - Shangai. Haven't been but familiar with it from my China trip this past summer.
9. Ted Stevens. Anchorage? Stevens is an Alaska Senator so a bit of a SWAG. Been to Anchorage several times but have never flown in or out of the airport.
10. Stansted - Stockholm? Not familiar to me.
11. Macdonald-Cartier. Montreal? That combination could only be Canadian, eh? But not sure where.
12. Franz Josef Strauss - Vienna? If correct then have been there.
13. Kingsford Smith - Sydney. Haven't been but would like to go.
14. John Wayne - Los Angeles? Guess it depends on what you consider a "major city". It is located out in Orange Couny.
15. Ministro Pistarini - Venice? Not familiar with it but sounds kind of Italian.

BONUS
O.R. Tambo - Johannesburg. Just booked my ticket through Tambo on the way to Lusaka, Zambia (which oddly enough isn't named for anybody, just called Lusaka International).
That was fun! Didn't get all that many but enjoyed the trip.

My travelling is limited to driving (I should say riding) back and forth to Disney World or to New Hampshire to visit grandkids. Last time I was on a plane was about 12 years ago (and that was to Disney World too!)

I would love to strike it rich so that Nancy and I could retire and go see all of the sights that this country has to offer.

Anyway, I don't know any of these answers, so I will humbly take my zero.
