RJS if I read this correctly you have been playing with a full deck for a year and now have a new card. Welcome to the Year of the Joker.

Has RJS found his way here? I don't see his handle on the Memberlist.

Happy birthday, Snaxx! You know where you are.
Happy birthday, RJS, wherever you may be.

Happy Birthday, guys!
SC, that is one cute kitty in your avatar.

Wonder if Snaxx is back home yet? And why didn't he tell us he was going to Chicago? Well, maybe he did and I missed it. I do hope he had a good trip and is having a great birthday.
Birthday wishes to the other poster of many ####'s as well, whom I hope will eventually see we remembered him. I haven't checked the member list to see if PCmaxey, our official unofficial birthday list person is registered here either.

Thank you. That is my grandkitten, Woodchuck.
That avatar will be switched sometime soon with a photo of Lizbit. Then you will have to tell me how cute she is, too.
You will, won't you?

I got the info from his post so let's give him credit, having search again is great.

Very good! I'm still a bit distressed about losing contact with Etaoin. I can't find where he registered on any of the other sites we looked into before we settled on this one, so we may may have lost him for good.

Thanks for the birthday wishes!
For my birthday I saw the Giants win. The highlight: lineman Osi Umenyiora, who I belive posts here as lastminutepassrush, ran back a fumble ~77 yards for a touchdown.

AFAIK, I only emailed lily, who was in touch with everyone else. The previous weekend I finally met SSS in Atlanta (he was my PAF on WWTBAM) where I took him out to dinner then we went to the Monday Night Football game together; he is also a NY Giants fan. I swung by New Orleans for just a day before heading to Chicago.

I was just giving you a hard time, although we are nosy and demanding around here! I tried to insert an emoticon, but I couldn't get it where I wanted it, so I just gave up.
Thanks for the explanation, though, although you were just 90 miles from me when you were in Atlanta......I'll forgive you this time.

RJS is with us in the BBBL (although that's dismissed for the winter), so we know where he is. I did drop him the link for the new Bored a while back, so if he wants to drop by, he will.
I'm still wondering where Spock is. He sent me an email over a week ago wondering where we were, and I sent him the link.... but he's still nowhere to be found...

Are we googleable? Maybe he'll google himself.

I'm glad to have had a chance to meet John and show off some of, ahem, beautiful downtown Atlanta, an area I avoid as much as possible.
We were part of an historic occasion, the lowest rated MNF football game in history. There were as many Giant fans as Falcons fans in the crowd.

I believe the board administrator took proactive steps to make this bored not show up in Google searches. Now that things have settled down a bit, we might want to reconsider that decision, so both our lost sheep and potential new members might be able to find us.

Nope, I was successfully able to bring up this Bored by entering my handle into Google a few days ago....

I believe that the reason RJS has been scarce around here is
now that one of his sons works for Jeopardy! as a researcher, he doesn't want to risk vicariously disqualifying any BBs from being potential contestants.

Outstanding! (And a reasonable explanation for keeping his distance, even if we do miss him. But is that once-removed connection weighty enough for disqualification, i.e., just because we know somebody who has a relative working for the show?)
Is this the son who was the youngest contestant on WWTBAM, back in prime time?

What a great gig!
I hope someday I get to talk to him about his job and his experience.
