It's Double Money week and Paula is about to face her Double Money question, which could be worth as much as $30,000. Paula would like to go to Italy, if she can get her husband on the plane. She has a lot of Italian pride and part of her motivation for being on the show is to demonstrate that "we do very well as Italians". Some people think that because of her accent she's not that smart. Paula has her two JTQ lifelines remaining.

I didn't think her accent sounded Italian. It sounded like Brooklyn.

Yes, but the "w" in "elbow" is silent, as is the "e" in "nose" and the second "l" in "eyeball". So I'm not sure her reasoning was valid, but she got the right answer.
