If what makes it adorable is the apparent absence of mangy rodents, I think there's an armed squirrel hiding behind the grassy knoll. And maybe one throwing something onto the stage; I can't make out what that is.

Yeah, I think there's a mangy rodent on the grassy knoll also.

It is adorable because of Skanki's festive red bow and attractive jewelry, because of the fatuous expression on Buster's face, and because of the idea that put two such wildly different critters on the same stage working toward a common goal.
