Ricky is an Olympian and a record-holder with a rare talent. It was an "Olympic" egg-toss competition at his college. Ricky has brought some eggs with him, today, and he demonstrates his egg catching technique while Meredith tosses the eggs across the set to him. Meredith asks "what else can you do with those hands?" Ricky replies that he's a physical therapist.

Either:

1. It was a quantum mechanic thing where every event that can possibly happen does happen in some alternate dimension. Schrödinger's cat is both alive and dead.

Or:

2. That phrase is in my standard transcript template and I forgot to delete it.

He "just happened to have some eggs with him". Yeah. And what would have happened if he'd dropped one?

Interestingly I saw an article last week addressing the Schrödinger's cat dilemma. The article said that by taking constant but weak measurements of a quantum system it can be probed without destroying it.
