Whenever I read anything about how women can distinguish colors, I think of Steel Magnolias . . .

My colors are blush and bashful.

No comment on the "20 free plays" consolation prize. As to the question, this was Philip's Level 6, probably a moderate difficulty question. "Tetrachromancy" has "chrom" in it, which means "colors", so the answer is clear.
