Benajmin Franklin
Omar Bradley
any of several presidents named James (Yakov) or John (Yochanan)

& espcecially

Abraham Lincoln!

Barack = Blessing, to bless
Hussein (diminutive of Hasan) = Handsome, Good

Here's another patriotic American who's Muslim: Zalmay Khalilzad, who's been our Ambassador to Afghanistan, Iraq and the UN.

And don't forget Paula Abdul. She's Jewish, but her father was born in Syria, hence the Arabic name.

Crusher, but handsome? One of our nurses thinks Saddam Hussein was pretty good-looking (while still acknowledging that he was a bad guy!) We kinda spent a day or so singing "Jane's got a crush on Sadda-am!" just to pick on her

Jeff used to tell everyone that my dad looked like Saddam Hussein.

I think that he looked more like Tom Selleck.
