I happened to be in Phoenix on my birthday one year, and my brother took me to the Compass for my present. The food was overpriced as food, but as a birthday present, it was perfect. I've also eaten at the Sydney Tower Buffet -- only $18! It was much more expensive than the other Aussie places we went for dinner, but based on my dining experiences here in the States, I thought it was a bargain.
