You already ate all the frosting off the one we had this weekend!

Good luck hiding a bike, midget! And the K'nex rollercoaster is awful big, too....

Don't understimate MKTBNL's dastardly evil plotting ability.

Your hernia jugs will be the next to vanish into this air.... :P

Okay--THAT would be cruel!

I have extra laundry this week, because Mini-me has....LICE! First time I ever had to deal with them. I'm guessing from the timing he picked them up on the plane or hotel, or from a souvenir hat at the Super Bowl.

The good things are: he has the shortest hair in the house, and it's not bedbugs, which is my worst fear with all the travelling that goes on in this household. Plus, he's leaving Friday to go to Ireland for a week, so I can totally get his bed sanitized. I can do this!

Just for the helluvit, I looked up February 26, 1995 in my journal....

I was up all night attempting to study for a physics test the next morning that I ultimately bombed. It's no wonder I wound up eventually majoring in laundry detergent....

I see Rain Man was born on a Sunday like me, so he must be a good kid.....

I'll see if we have any Tide with RID.

I seem to remember going through that in first grade (or maybe it was one of my sisters that had lice), but all I really remember is when the nurses would come into class and go through everyone's hair with those little sticks. I always loved that....

Man, I'd have traded with you in a heartbeat! Because it wasn't chemistry. Although, he WAS the easiest delivery. You'd have gotten off easy...

I'd rather have a baby than pass a kidney stone. However, once the baby is out, THAT'S when the REAL fun begins!

Not.....

Yep. None of the many, many stones I gave birth to have ever bothered me again after I flushed them....

How do I sign up for his class trips?

Holy Carp!

This cannot be.

Happy Birthday, Rain Man.

Funny how, even though my kids have aged as much as you, it just doesn't seem possible that YOU'RE a teenager, too.

As if! He's in third grade in public school...

It is spring break for my oldest son's school, and my s-i-l's family usually goes to Ireland and makes my husband come along since he is the experienced traveller and knows what to do when things go wrong. Like last year when the flight was cancelled as they were on the way to the airport. This year, he is yanking Mini-me out of school since Stephen wants to stay home and work on his science project and do some community service stuff and Steve didn't want to go without at least one family member. It's easier to make up elementary work than middle school work (although Rain Man just got a progress report from his Spanish teacher with 9 grades, all of them 100...), so Mini-me gets to go.

Yeah, but you didn't say your husband was taking him! :P

I think Mini-me's frequent flyer account would make me envious. :)

My kids get frequent-flyer cards for their second birthday. Although I think Erin had her own ticket before she was 2 when we flew to Salt Lake City....
