I bought a second phone charger. My phone isn't leaving my side or going on silent until I get bad news or a (212) area code. Thanks for the heads-up hanzz, and best of luck to you! I know the "3-4 weeks" time frame doesn't start for me until Monday, but I'm going to be ready now.

I guess I'm Casey at bat here trying to avoid a strikeout for the Chicago auditions, no card yet for me when I checked the mailbox. I'm sorry Jim and Alpha.

Hello. My name is Scott.

Auditioned July 25th, in Vegas. Passed, two interviews, happy card. Passed the test for Movie Week that night, but no video interview. I don't think they liked my answer to, "On a scale from 1 - 10, how much do you enjoy movies?"... :(

I hope everyone on the Bored gets on the show before me. Y'all deserve it! I feel like I need to pay my dues in the Contestant Pool for a while.

Congrats, Scott! I remember you from your tournament, mostly because as a young premed, one's ears instantly perk up at "Johns Hopkins". I was kind of wondering how they would handle second-time interviewees for the Movie Week night. When I was done with my video interview, I kind of hovered around the conference room with the Movie Week auditioners unsure of whether I should bother to go in. The producer who did my video interview actually saw me and asked if I needed anything, and I asked if it was worth me going in, to which he replied to just stick to general trivia and not worry about it. Here's to a happy call for you!

10-96, you are now our Chicago Hope. Keeping fingers, toes and eyes crossed.

And good luck to the happy cards! May your call from 212 come soon...

Hey Bob, can you please (re)publish a code key for your list?

:x and date in red = non-passed written test
date in boldface = video interview
:( = sad card received
:D and line in blue = taping date received.
I think I used orange for expired happy cards. --Bob

I remember in 2009 you used orange for those that got passed Fred on the phone game, but didn't get called to go on the show.

Congratulations Hanzz on getting the call!

Just as an update, I have yet to receive a call after getting the Happy Card. Happy to hear the calls have started going out! I've been waiting and hoping, perking up a bit every time the phone rings during the day, but no luck so far. Hoping for the best :).

NH, I'm in the same boat as you now since we're both floating in the pool. Best advice (since I already went through this in 2009, waiting for 2 years before being flushed out) is to not let it get to your head. Aside from keeping your phone charged; don't worry about it or the wait will drive you crazy. Since a call isn't guaranteed, it helps knowing that so I'm not constantly checking waiting by the phone.

OK, I will keep this in mind. I know you're right. Maybe just a few more days of being loony and then I'll follow your advice to a T :).

I'm going to be loony this week then after that I'll relax. I have the iPhone 4 without Siri, but I'm sure if I had it, she'd be saying by the end of the week, "Hey dummy, they haven't called yet, stop checking! I'll let you know when they do!"

You can't be Siri-less! That's the best feature! I didn't know it was an option not to have it.
