Nancy calls herself the most successful realtor in the country. "I sold ten lots and houses in the last month and I don't think anyone else is doing that right now." She works for Habitat for Humanity, which sells houses at zero percent interest. Nancy's mother Linda is in the relationship seat. She has been Nancy's coach and gave her three pieces of advice - don't guess, take your time and remember who you are.

Dang. Nancy must have been awfully busy with Habitat for Humanity to have missed all the pop cultural references to Tiger Moms, last year. :(

OTOH, this week's shows were taped early in the season, maybe it was just after the Tiger Mom story broke.

Interest-free, maybe, but future owners are required to provide "sweat equity" by working at least 100 hours on the construction.

Interest-free, maybe, but future owners are required to provide "sweat equity" by working at least 100 hours on the construction.
That's more in the line of a down payment.
