How are you doing with your health and fitness stuff.
Tell us, tell us NOW!
I need to organize my day better. My workouts are too low on my list of priorities. I looked at some old fitness logs, and it is now wonder that I'm more fluffy now given the relative eating/activity levels.
My organizing of the house is going well. My desk is completely organized. I also exchanged a ton of old books for some that I am interested in reading.
The husband found some pictures of me from law school and put the binder on my desk as a surprise. He said that pictures of younger me gave him blood flow, and thinks it is cool that I look the same but with better hair. Charmer isn't he?

Exercising was better this week--got to the gym four time. Not so much progress on the snacking front.

Could be better. Our "winter get-away trip" was to visit our daughters in Minneapolis and Fargo. Did not do anything but eat on our trip. How could one? It was friggin cold the whole time, in fact, Tuesday night the overnight low in Fargo tied a record, -30. We got back home Wednesday and it felt good to hit the gym. Our weather is even getting better and we might see some thawing this weekend--about time.
I know this is check in day, but I am planning on uping my workouts because I need to push myself a little more. I cannot stay on this "getting back on track" for too long. And just think, in about 60

days I might be able to hit the golf course!!! At least 60
The youngest daughter is renting a condo in "Uptown" Minneapolis and has a 1/2 hour commute to work. There are 21 units in her building and only 6 have reserved parking so she has to do the street parking thing. That is something I would not put up with and I am surprised she is putting up with it. I found it interesting that she expressed an interest in maybe buying something closer to work.

Good, the novelty of living in a "happening" place is wearing off.

There could be some real good buying opportunities in that market.
We also finalized out "summer trip" to California for Margaret's family reunion. They are holding it in Chula Vista this year. We will be in CA from 6/4-6/12. Really hope to have a BB thingie work out this time. The reunion is 5th-8th so I am open for something late on Sunday the 8th or Mon-Wed the 9th-11th.
Well off early in the morning for a bridge tourney in Bismarck. A couple of pairs games on Saturday and team event on Sunday. I am 13 masterpoints away from Life Master--doubt if I can earn that many this weekend but I am getting closer.

Did you try the trick they were showing on TV: throwing a bucket of water in the air and watching it freeze instantaneously?

Just one more week of Winter!
And then two months of Unlocking.

Thanks for the upbeat reply Marley.
And this may shock you, but in all the years I have lived here I have never tried that throwing a bucket of water thingie. Don't have to, I know when it is too friggin cold.

I am hocking up Stuff. I will be glad when it warms up and we can turn off the heat, and it will not be so dry all the time.

Couldn't participate in the Gus chase earlier, because we were headed out the door to the gym. Did 50 minutes of "pull," and was exhausted, but knew I needed cardio too, so I toughed out 35 minutes on the elliptical. The sauna felt REALLY good after that.
SWMBO started Atkins this week, so I'm trying to help with that, while not participating in it -- seems too dangerous for someone with my risk factors.
