Good Morning in Court

I had hearings this morning in two cases. First was Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for lack of Speedy Trial. Second was Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Double Jeopardy.
Judged denied both motions. I was astonished. The Judge doesn't like our Division, so I thought at best I'd win the Speedy Trial hearing, but expected to lose on Double Jeopardy and have to appeal.
