#1 Post by minimetoo26 » Sat Feb 16, 2008 7:20 pm

So while I was looking for ne1410s' story about the shirts, I found this:

It starts.

I watched the video on that link. I was distracted by all the hair blowing around.

So, here's what I'm wondering now. How many BBs have wind machines in their living rooms?

I do, of course, but I only turn mine on when I'm taping music videos or indy films.

We've documented previous encounters with photos, but no videos. I'm pretty sure none of us own any video equipment...so it might not ever happen. We'll try and post a few pics when we get back for sure.

The puppet must surely be shared with the bored I'm sure.

You could invite me. I have video equipment!

Hell, I'd probably go buy video equipment if I had to...

I don't pay any attention to Idol beyond what I see on this bored and my musical tastes haven't progressed beyond Buffett and the 70's by my own very deliberate choice.

I did watch the video on the link and thought she was OK in the typical over produced teenager oriented video kind of way. She seems to at least have some talent. And I would imagine she has progressed some in the intervening years in her style and talent. I don't really have a problem with her having tried and failed in the past.

My problem is that she isn't American. I know the rules say it is OK but I wouldn't vote for her (or the Aussie) simply for that reason. If I were going to vote which ain't gonna happen of course. I don't have any problem with people from elsewhere coming here and making it big, just with them doing so on this show.

It is after all "American" Idol, right?

I don't care where she came from. But she has mean eyes, stringy hair, ugly tattoos, and an uglier husband:

Put him in the front row, and kiss the votes goodbye....

I haven't used mine since I had enough hair for it to have an effect....
