I think Theisman has the right attitude about the whole media hype surrounding him -- "Let's enjoy this circus while it's in town."

Although, who knows? One of the announcers at Sunday's game said that Elway had committed to working with Tebow in the off-season to bring up his entire game. Maybe, with experience and extra coaching, he will be a first-rank QB one of these years. For now, I'm enjoying the show.

Last time I checked the most important stat was posting a W at the end of the game. Lots of purdy passers out there who are now afterthoughts.

If he can keep winning games there is a good change he will stick around awhile. If he doesn't then he will indeed most likely become an afterthought as well.

I'm not anti-Tebow (or pro-Tebow either for that matter). I just think he is getting too much credit. The Broncos are winning in large part because their defense is playing well and they have faced a weak schedule during this streak.

Actually I was thinking it would be a good idea for the Cowboys to acquire him so that Romo can just play the first three quarters and they can bring in Tebow to play the fourth quarter.

I've already told the fam that the Streak of Miracles comes to a screeching halt this week. Because, while God might like Tim Tebow more than He likes Marion Barber, we all know that He loves Tom Brady....

Meanwhile, Tebow's most impressive miracle of all might be to come because he's on the verge of making me a Broncos fan. Normally the God Squadders annoy the crap out of me, but for some reason I'm okay with him because I think that he actually lives it in his heart. Plus it seems that all of the people currently hanging on his jock affect him just about the same as all of the people ragging on him. Which is to say not much one way or the other.

But I don't think he gets enough credit for the Broncos winning because of the team playing well, particularly the D. Because his biggest strength might be that he makes the people around him better just by being there. He's like the Lil' Wayne of the NFL....

I don't really care too much either way about Tebow but I do respect the absolute sincerity of his convictions. What I enjoy about this run of his is the frustration he gives to the "expert" talking heads who have been predicting his demise and pointing out his deficiences that make it impossible for him to win that next game for the last six weeks without being right even once.
