This was not one of the "Million $ Mission" shows - it was a fill-in, probably because it's sweeps month and NBC wanted to keep viewers' interest. It wasn't even a Valentine's Day-themed episode.
The "hook" was that the contestant - a guy - had done some wild and crazy things before he met his wife and settled down. The banker brought his friends out as "support" and there was some interesting "banter" between them and the supporters he brought (his wife, mother and grandmother). The funniest part of the whole thing was that he told Howie that he couldn't resist a "$5 bet", and in the past had done things like drink a whole bottle of ketchup, done salt shots, and such. So the Banker offered him $5 to put on some ladies' high heels (similar to those being worn by the models). He accepted. Later the Banker bet him another $5 that he wouldn't wear a dress like the models were wearing. He did that, too.
He also had a rather bizarre method for choosing cases - he wanted to get rid of cases with multiples of three, or which added up to three or had a three in them. Unfortunately his math skills weren't the best, which was funny (and a little painful) to watch.
