MarleysDad switched from Verizon FIOS to Comcast Cable. Because he bought the triple play package but doesn't actually have a computer, the service tech left him a wireless router but didn't configure it for him. After navigating through their automated phone hell a few time and taking a trip to the local office to pick up an Ethernet cable, I've finally got it fixed. (Whoever had the router before us apparently didn't have a high opinion of Comcast, from their choice of passwords. :wink: )
