It appears so. And TPTB are either unaware or indifferent to the fact that this can make a difference to the results for attentive contestants. :evil:

What I've noticed is that if the show begins without a carryover, only the first contestant's unrandomized stack is shown.

If the show begins with a carryover, then no contestant's unrandomized stack is shown.
