Paul has been without a job for about four months. Meredith says he's come to a good place to make a little cash. His mother Debbie is here because his wife is working. Paul is a real daredevil but also loves arts and crafts. He calls it "inventions, not crafts" because he's inventing different patterns and things. Killer Q. :( I thought Panama Canal before I saw the answers.
To eliminate that answer, you needed to remember that the Panana Canal Zone was given back to Panama during the Carter administration. Then you had to remember that Guantanamo is in Cuba and consider that Castro might have had a political point to make by refusing to cash those $4,085 checks.
