Even if you didn't see the movie and don't recognize the name, if you know China became a republic in the early 20th century, you can figure it out.

All you have to know is the FICA tax rate. (Most workers also have to pay Medicare payroll tax, but some municipal employees don't.)

Maybe last year, but with the extra two cents this year due to Obama's tax cut, it's a closer question.
