I would have had no idea. It might have been Downey (having played Iron Man), or possibly Depp. But I don't see anything that leads to any of the four, so I use my second JTQ.

For what it's worth, the "Bert" to Timberlake's "Ernie" was Esquire magazine writer Chris Jones; JT went incognito for an experience in anonymity. The full story appears in the new issue of the magazine, along with a picture of the (admittedly pretty crappy) costumes.
