Need some insight, advice, anything that will help...ladies?

#1 Post by fuzzywuzzy » Tue Feb 05, 2008 10:16 am

Would like some insight from any of you ladies who would be kind enough to share. fuzzywuzzy Mom never went thru it...therefore, can not go to that source.

Menopause...is awful. I am hating life right now.

Need some advice, books, homeopathic remedies, drugs, voo doo, anything I am desparate!

Many thanks in advance!

just get yourself a hormonally challenging teen age boy to live with.

Puts all thoughts and problems of menopause out of your head.

Mind you, it does put thoughts of homicide there instead

my doctor, bless her, recommended red clover extract.

eases a lot of the bloating and tension.

and of course there is always liquor.

My good friend the acupuncturist has had a lot of success in treating the symptoms of menopause. Most of her work these days centers around women's reproductive health issues...lots of menopausal women are coming to her lately since HRT has fallen from grace.

What symptoms are you suffering from?

Which ones would you give your eye teeth to get rid of and which ones could you be fine living with?

Are there things that you know you would not do to lessen or eliminate your symptoms? (give up certain drinks or food, exercise, give yourself injections, take hormone replacements, etc)

This sounds like an answer given to Karmac the Magnificent.

And the question is. . . "Why is pre-menopause like a health club spinning class?"

Sorry sweetie!

Hugs to you today.

Email me, I don't want to chase away the guys with detailed postings. You have my work one, yes?

I think Peaby has had some issues so she will be a good resource.
