I've driven from Canada to New Hampshire, and of course there's the tunnel between Detroit and Windsor. Wisconsin's northern border is split between upper Michigan and Lake Superior, so that's got to be the answer.

Ouch. Leading the audience (by apparently eliminating all but one "not sure" choice) and then trusting a Where Else audience to be aware of Elsewhere geography. Heck, New Hampshire doesn't even appear on that New Yorker map!

And the right answer ended up in 4th place on the ATA. :(
