Trolling for confidence

#1 Post by Beebs52 » Mon May 23, 2011 7:17 pm

Even though I'm actually going to go audition for Jeopardy on June 12 I'm still wobbly on what happens. Even though I've done it twice before and passed and they never called and I made them laugh and thought I did well, I'm still iffy.

I'm concerned about pulling crap outta my ass like I used to. I think I'll be able to do it, because apparently I did so on the online test, though I thought I did mediocre, but even if I do pass and, by some weird alignment of stars I get called I semi-dread the actual process. I'm sure I'd focus, but then, maybe I'd melt down.

Oh well. I just won't tell if I get called. Unless I do well. Or need sympathy.

All you Jep experts, spill on your nerve control. Or not, since if I don't get called it will be the same ol' same ol'.

Sorry for rambling.
Well, then

Try using that toenail paint on your face. If that don't impress the AP's, funk them.....

You will amaze yourself. You will pull the things you once knew out of your ass. You just did it and you will do it again. You will be great under the TV lights and you will kick ass.

The same advice applies here as to those who have been on BAM: BREATHE!!!!

Remember that you've already made the cut just by getting an invite to the auditions. As I understand it, you're already in the pool, so don't let the written test worry you. Focus on being your delightful self and you'll be fine.

I've been thinking about this. You know how they always say "be yourself, only bigger"? I doubt that applies to the two of us. Just be yourself.

Go, have fun, trust the brain to clear out the cobwebs when necessary. Please don't pull things out of your ass on camera. This isn't America's Got Talent. :P
Huh? What?

Just go for it Beebs. You rock, and they will see it. Pull stuff from where ever you need to.
