How is that related to global warming? Body heat?

I'm sure the downturn in industrial activity is having an effect on global warming just as it has with air pollution.

One of the few good things to come out of this pandemic is the reduction of pollution and atmospheric gas levels that are having the effect of slowing global warming.

Can't believe this thread was "frozen in time" for almost a year and a half. Anywho....

South Pole posts most severe cold season on record, a surprise in a warming world

While the rest of the world sizzled, the South Pole shivered with an average temperature of minus-78 degrees over the past six months.
The average temperature at the Amundsen–Scott South Pole Station between April and September, a frigid minus-78 degrees (minus-61 Celsius), was the coldest on record, dating back to 1957. This was 4.5 degrees lower than the most recent 30-year average at this remote station, which is operated by United States Antarctic Program and administered by the National Science Foundation.
We don't have a global warming problem, we have a cooling system distribution problem. We need better ductwork throughout our world.

Supply and demand. The market will work it out.

No when the demand side is subsidized by government initiatives.

BERLIN (Reuters) -Germany signalled a U-turn in key energy policies on Sunday, floating the possibility of extending the life-spans of coal and even nuclear plants to cut dependency on Russian gas, part of a broad political rethink following Moscow's invasion of Ukraine.

Considering what's going on in Kentucky and California right now, not to mention the worldwide temperature records we've had in the last month, it's hard to believe anyone is seriously keeping this thread going.
