I have had the Buffet book on my shelf for awhile and just recently realized it was set in the Sian Kaan reserve just soutyh of our planned trip to the Mayan Riviera.
So I started reading it for flavor-Good so far.
Anyway, I talked the wife into Chichen Itza and the other excursion that has been jumping out at me-even before I started reading the book is I want to fish the flats in Ascension Bay-Of course the book will feed that fire.
I hope to set up an excursion once we get there-otherwise naybe rent a car and drive to Punta Allen-sounds like an adventure.
