I actually found that subject line quite offensive, using the term Retarded as a descriptive.

In PSM's defense, the article repeatedly uses the term "mentally retarded".

(Although there is mention of Down Syndrome elsewhere)

"Women Diagnosed with Down Syndrome Used to Blow Up Iraqi Pet Market" is a bit more unwieldy.

I am sorry if I offended you. The term was used throughout the article and so I used it on my header and I probably shouldn't have.

Nothing personal, but I found the body of the article much more disturbing than whatever title it was given. I guess my priorities must be out of whack.

Some talking head guy actually spun this in a way that made me stop dead in my tracks.

If they are resorting to using people who have no clue what is happening to them - then they are running out of people who would volunteer to be suicide bombers and that is a good thing.
