I had the Burning Man question (which state holds it in late summer) on my show which was not quite ready for prime time...It was for $50,000 and I answered correctly.

That's right, Burning Man is in Nevada. That's what I thought when the question came up which confused me. But this is a different event called the Feistas de Santa Fe, which celebrates the reconquest of New Mexico by Don Diego de Vargas as explained at Zozobra.com.

JTQ? Really??? Really???

Where do they get these numb nuts from? Staten Island in this case apparently. Is there anybody here who really couldn't take an educated SWAG at this one?

I suppose I shouldn't be at all surprised but sometimes I still am.

Silly me.

He split the prize with his father for their work in X-ray crystallography. THey were apparently the first Australians to win a Nobel.
