The old men at the bar are surprisingly perceptive about game show casting practices.

I missed today's episode. Did the show actually list her hometown as "Bill Hills, KY"? There is no such place. According to this article, Elizabeth is from Villa Hills, Kentucky (a suburb of Cincinnati).

I thought she was talking about Regis when she mentioned "the old guy". I apparently misheard. Villa Hills is a suburb of Cincinnati.

I missed this yesterday, but here's an article about Elizabeth's appearance.

http://www.fox19.com/story/14378524/loc ... ected=true
Elizabeth said that if she won big on Millionaire, she would like to visit her brother who lives in Alaska and trains mush dogs.
Darn. I don't think she can get to Alaska with $1,000.

The article also mentions another upcoming contestant.
Ben Walker, a medical supply technician from Cincinnati, will appear as a contestant on Thursday, April 7.
Ben said that if she won big on Millionaire, he would buy a new furnace, pay his son's school loans and take a trip to Germany with his family to visit his ‘old stompin' grounds' from when he was stationed there in the U.S. Army. Ben's said that his furnace is so old that he can't even find replacement parts for it anymore.
Let's play...Who Wants To Buy A New Furnace!

Dunno what else is involved, but SteelersFan and I are flying Denver/Anchorage in May for less than $1,000. It would definitely add some to get to an area where mush dogs are trained, if Susan Butcher's place is any indication. For a while, she would give "tours" at her kennels to people who would come by on a riverboat. The riverboat would stop, she would pick up a microphone on the riverbank, and the tour guide would do a little Q&A with her. She was surrounded all the while with puppies running around being puppies, very memorable. Tours are still in operation in a different format since Susan is no longer with us. :(

Well, that was a long way to go for not much. I mean, she probably has the only kennels in that area, so I have no idea about our contestant's brother.
