I call this a WWOQ. I have absolutely no memory of this.

-- America would be a better place if leaders would do more long-term thinking. -- Wilma Mankiller

I don't know if Meredith is having some hormonal issues or not, but this week she's made a lot of double entendres - here she talked about riding her husband's back, to the amusement of the audience.

It would have been a bit of macabre humor if it were an ash tree. elwing and I saw that tree when we were in Amsterdam a few years ago.

Pullman was African-American IIRC so did the name of the color refer to his skin tone?

elwing told me after the question that vinegar makes hair redder.

Even though I know some Spanish and German I wouldn't have been able to come up with this. elwing joked that the title of the category ("Unromantic Language") ruled out the three Romance languages.

I'm not familiar with this song (save for the chorus). But I'll wager the audience would know this one.
"Elen sila lumenn omentielvo...A star shines on the hour of our meeting."

Pullman was a white guy. His company, however, was famous for hiring black folks-- at one point it was the single largest employer or black people in the US. But the original Pullman cars were brown, and that's where the color reference lies.
Innocent, naive and whimsical. And somewhat footloose and fancy-free.
