Well, I think that the flag of the Lone Star state in the foreground, so that narrows the field considerably. Now, how to choose which Texan city that is?
I'll guess Houston.

Gotta be Texas and I don't see the Renaissance Tower in Dallas so I'll say Houston.

Doesn't look like Dallas and seems to big for anywhere else other than Houston, if this is in fact Texas as the flag would seem to suggest. Haven't been in Houston in years so just a SWAG.
Houston, TX

How embarrassing to be so clueless, since I'm a Texan and lived in Houston for eight years. I'm going to guess this is Houston, Texas, rather than Dallas or San Antonio.

Well, the Texas flag is in the foreground, so I'm assuming it's one of the large cities there. Let's go with Dallas

I guessed Dallas before, so I guess I'll guess it again, although I don't see the tower either, so it's probably Houston

Boy this is a tough one.
That is downtown Houston, TX. From the angle, it is from the southeast, looking northwest. Given just east of downtown is an industrial complex and the ship channel, I'd say this was taken about 20 miles from downtown perhaps Freindswood.

The Texas state flag is in the foreground, and that is not the Dallas skyline. I will say Houston.

Speaking of the Renaissance Tower, I noticed the pyramid at its base when I visited Big D a couple of times in recent years.
Keeping up the pyramid theme I started last week

I know it's in Texas, but I don't think it's Dallas. Maybe it is Houston, but I'm going to guess Fort Worth.
