The little I know about the Village People actually made me doubt D, as one of their songs was In the Navy and a likely armed-forces theme. What I remember about "YMCA" or "Macho Man" did not help (could be any of them) and it was a top two item unrandomized so I think I would have JTQ first. Even when the numbers came up I thought they might be wrong.
