It's Tuesday Wordplay, so you know what that means. Each of the following songs has one word in common in each of their titles. And as luck would have it, for the third consecutive Tuesday, fanny will be able to gripe about a certain omission from the Tuesday game....

Blue Suede Shoes - Elvis Presley or Carl Perkins (I found it interesting that there were almost more answers for Carl Perkins than there were for Elvis. This may just be another J.J. Cale/Eric Clapton situation for me, but I've always associated this song with Elvis and nobody else. I didn't even know there was another version [and yes, I realize now that Elvis' was actually the cover, but where am I ever going to hear Carl Perkins' version?])

Don't be sad, the mystery word for today was Blue. And fanny need not worry, because none of the remaining Tuesday games uses the words "Brown" or "Make" or even "It"....


A bit of a strange game, as the scoring was rather low and it's almost impossible to tell the top players from the bottom players by looking at this list....
