A: USSR was formed

Betty was born the same year as my mother. Using Patrick's reasoning, if she was "about 80" then she'd have been born in 1930. That's too early for FDR's election (1932). The UN was formed in 1945 and the NBA after that. Give Patrick credit for going for it; it's a shame he didn't get it.
