I missed today's show because my dumb TV station showed an episode from LAST season in the time slot they usually show this season's episodes in.  Here's my take on the questions.

The first 5 are easy. I'd ATA on number 6, figuring it's pop culture and they would know it.

Questions 8 and 9 I'd JTQ on. I'd walk on 10 like she did.

She thought the cutesy topic phrasing was a hint? Good thing she jumped this!

Interesting line of thought, but unfortunately a wrong one. I guessed correctly from the comfort of my recliner; at the "Hot Podium" I probably would have used JTQ.

Dilophosaurus was what killed Dennis Nedry (venomous spit); triceratops is what Laura Dern's character stopped to help; brachiosarus (or "veggiesaurus") is what Grant and the kids saw.

I believe this has been mentioned in the news of late, since China censors Google.

You mean the B&N across the street? That store manager might actually have a good anecdote. "For years, people have been coming into my store and talking about taking an audition for your show. Since I need the money now, I figured I'd give it a try"

I didn't recognize the name, but when I couldn't think of any specialized curtains used at the other places, I correctly guessed that it was that "curtain" made of strips of material at the car wash.

Yeah, mitter curtains is a catchier name than "Curtains that scratch up your clear coat finish".

Never knew those things had a name. Now I do.

Kind of hard to find the origin of the term.
