I haven't logged in a while. Does stress count as aerobic activity?

I have been missing in action (or missing action) for the entire month of January. I'll get back in the list sometime soon.

I think this was meant not really as a question and as something else.

I know that stress does just the opposite to one's health and well being as aerobic activity does. Stressful times usually have us decreasing our exercise, when the best thing we can do is make sure we get the exercise.

Get out there and walk!

Who knows, it might help clear your head.

It's been raining here and I can't walk. I feel it when I don't exercise.

I am spending the day at Maddie's Quiz Bowl match. I will be doing a lot of walking today.

20 minutes on the cardio machine this morning got me to 300,000 points exactly! Woo hoo!

It's taken far longer than it should have, with the disruption to my routine over the last couple months...
