I wonder where the International Spa Association got this definition? Anthos means "flower" in Greek. That word isn't close to cave (spelunca) in Latin, either. And aside from a handful of spas offering this service and some questionable reference sites, the term doesn't get very many hits on Google. WWOQ.

I would have gotten the spa question wrong. But in hindsight, after googling anthotherapy, I guess the question writers wanted the contestant to think, well what would be the best setting to simulate spa like conditions. I guess an enclosed space would best fit the requirement for a spa. Especially if there are any nearby hot springs.

Knowing what "antho-" meant wouldn't have helped. It's from the Greek for "flower", which might have led her to make "B" her final answer and she'd have gone home with the $1,000.

The start of this transcript says that Gail had two JTQ lifelines going into the show.

I see that she used one on Q4.
