I think I made a mistake!
I bought the complete Monty Python set for my husband for Christmas.
And my 13yo son was singing "I'm a lumberjack and I'm okay" as he went to school today.
Oh No!

My college boyfriend used to sing that song all the time...(Hmm?) He was 25 years old at the time!

The following was the verse that has stuck with me for all these years!
"I cut down trees, I wear high heels
Suspendies and a bra
I wish I'd been a girlie, Just like my dear Papa!"

If you think that's bad, I just watched the movie Hair last weekend and laughed at what the public outrage would be at some of the lyrics of those songs. That movie would never be made in today's PC climate.

After seeing There Will Be Blood over the weekend, I've been going around work this week saying in my best Daniel Day Lewis impression "I drink your milkshake." Most people look at me with a very weird expression.christie1111 wrote:I bought the complete Monty Python set for my husband for Christmas.
